A Day of Breath & Tea – An Intimate Retreat for Release, Regulation & Renewal Join us for a deeply restorative one-day retreat designed for a small, intimate group seeking emotional release, nervous system reset, and meaningful connection. This immersive experience blends the transformative power of Neurodynamic Breathwork® with the grounding ritual of a ceremonial tea journey — creating a full arc of activation, integration, and embodied presence. Morning: Neurodynamic Breathwork® We begin with a 30-minute opening circle and introduction to the practice, including intention setting and safety guidance. You’ll learn how this music-guided, connected breathing technique helps quiet the analytical mind and activate your inner healing intelligence. The 60-minute breathwork journey follows — a powerful process of continuous, circular breathing supported by evocative music. This allows stored emotional tension to release, insights to surface, and the nervous system to recalibrate. Each experience is unique and guided by your own inner wisdom. We close the morning with a 30-minute integration and sharing circle to gently process and anchor what emerged. Afterward, we pause for a nourishing break and quiet reflection. Afternoon: Tea Ceremony & Deep Rest The afternoon offers a 2-hour guided tea ceremony — a slow, meditative ritual rooted in presence and connection. Through intentional tea preparation, silence, and guided reflection, the nervous system settles and the morning’s shifts integrate at a deeper level. We end with relaxation and spacious closing reflections. This unique combination works because breathwork activates and releases, while tea ceremony grounds and integrates. Together, they create a powerful yet balanced journey — emotional clearing followed by embodied calm.
