What Is Online Breathwork?
Online Breathwork is a live, guided breathing practice delivered via Zoom that supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and expanded awareness.
I practise NeuroDynamic Breathwork, a structured method that combines connected breathing patterns with carefully curated music. This approach helps quiet the analytical mind and allows the body’s innate intelligence to surface and release stored stress.
Unlike pre-recorded sessions, my live Online Breathwork sessions provide:
-
Real-time guidance
-
Structured emotional safety
-
Integration support
-
Community connection
From my practice in Ealing, I work with participants across London boroughs, including Chiswick, Hammersmith, and Acton, as well as clients throughout the UK and internationally.
For more detail on the foundations of this practice, you can explore my page on What I Offer.

Who Online Breathwork Is For
Many people join my sessions because they feel:
-
Chronically stressed or overwhelmed
-
Emotionally exhausted
-
Disconnected from themselves
-
Struggling with sleep
-
Navigating life transitions
-
Seeking deeper clarity and resilience
My work particularly resonates with women over 40, although all adults are welcome.
As a medically trained doctor, I approach this work responsibly and ethically. Online Breathwork is not a substitute for medical care. If you are unsure whether this practice is suitable for you, I encourage you to consult your GP or refer to NHS guidance via the NHS website.
What Happens During a Live Online Session
Each session lasts approximately two hours and follows a clear structure:
2. The Breathwork Journey
For around 60 minutes, you will practise connected circular breathing while listening to curated music. I guide you verbally throughout.
You may experience:
-
Tingling sensations
-
Emotional release
-
Deep calm
-
Memory recall
-
Physical warmth
These experiences are common in breathwork and relate to nervous system release and regulation.

1. Opening & Grounding
We begin with a 30-minute introduction where I explain the breathing technique, safety guidance, and set the tone for the session.

3. Integration
After the active breathing phase, we allow time for journalling, reflection, and optional sharing. Integration is a key part of long-term benefit.
