What to Expect in an In-Person Group Breathwork Session
A NeuroDynamic Breathwork group session is a 2.5-hour immersive experience that combines conscious connected breathing, evocative music, and expert facilitation to guide you on a journey of healing and transformation. Here’s what to expect:
Opening & Grounding (40 minutes)
-
Welcome & Intention Setting: A gentle introduction to the session, where you will set your personal intentions for the breathwork journey.
-
What is NeuroDynamic Breathwork?: Learn about the NDB process, including safety guidelines, the breathing technique, and the benefits of the practice.
-
Settling In: Space to relax your body and calm your mind before the breathwork journey begins.
The Breathwork Journey (60 minutes)
You will engage in deeper, faster circular breathing (with no pauses between inhale and exhale), guided by curated music designed to support emotional release and heightened awareness.
-
Emotional Release: Participants often experience crying, laughing, anger, joy, and a sense of emotional liberation.
-
Physical Sensations: Tingling, warmth, or tension release as the body relaxes and heals.
-
Insight & Awareness: Many participants gain deep personal insights or spiritual experiences, reconnecting to their inner wisdom and emotional resilience.
Integration & Sharing (20-30 minutes)
After the breathing session, participants are invited (but not required) to share their experiences with the group.
-
Integration: This space allows you to reflect on your journey, ask questions, and receive support, reinforcing the emotional process and deepening your connection with others.
-
Community Support: Group sharing helps create a sense of connection, normalises emotional processes, and fosters a collective healing energy.

Group breathwork offers a unique and powerful healing experience. Here’s why:
Amplified Healing Energy: Breathing together enhances the experience, making it more potent and transformative.
Collective Support: Experience the healing power of the group, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
