Service Description
In-Person Neurodynamic Breathwork® Session Where: Alcheme Wellbeing Studio, 23-25 Brighton Rd, Surbiton KT6 5LR When: April 25th, May 23rd, June 27th Each session is 2.5-hour in-person Neurodynamic Breathwork® a powerful, music-guided experience designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to your inner wisdom. Practiced in a safe, confidential group setting, this modality uses continuous, connected breathing to help quiet the analytical mind and access expanded states of awareness. Session Agenda We begin with a 30+-minute introduction and grounding circle. During this time, you’ll learn the key principles of Neurodynamic Breathwork®, receive guidance on the breathing technique, review safety considerations, and set a personal intention for your journey. The 60-minute breathwork experience follows. Using circular breathing (no pauses between inhale and exhale) supported by carefully curated music, you are invited to surrender into the process. The practice is built on three core principles: • Trust in your Inner Guiding Intelligence • Allowing emotions to move rather than suppressing them • Moving through, not around, stored tension Each journey is unique. Participants may experience emotional release, physical sensations, clarity, insight, deep calm, or profound relaxation. There is no “right” way to experience it — your system brings forward what is ready to shift. We close with a 30+-minute integration and sharing circle. This time supports grounding, reflection, and anchoring insights into daily life. Sharing is always optional. Who This Is For? This session is ideal for those who feel stressed, emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. It is for anyone seeking trauma-informed release, greater resilience, and access to intuition without substances. What You May Experience Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more present, and deeply regulated. With regular practice, many notice improved emotional balance, stress management, and a stronger connection to self-trust and inner guidance. This is not just a breathing technique — it is a practice of healing, integration, and empowerment.
