Service Description

My live, virtual NeuroDynamic BreathworkTM sessions offer a nurturing space for deep inner exploration and potential for healing. Each session lasts around 2 hours and is hosted via Zoom, allowing you to join the group from the comfort of your own home. I begin with welcoming introduction about the practise and what to expect. Then, you'll be gently guided into a 60-minute breathwork journey, accompanied by carefully curated, evocative music. This combination of deeper, faster breathing and immersive sound helps quiet the busy mind and opens the door to your inner wisdom intelligence and release what you are ready to let go of. For more details on the breathing techniques watch the breathing technique video (add link here) After the breathwork, there's an invitation for participants to share their experiences, if they feel called to do so. Preparing for your breathwork: As your session time approaches, take a moment to create a peaceful space, you can also prepare this in advance of the session. You may choose to sit comfortably or lie down on a yoga mat, on a sofa or a bed. Headphones are ideal for the best sound experience, though good-quality speakers can also work well. Aim for a volume that feels enveloping, like a gentle sound bath, without being overwhelming. A strong internet connection enhances the music quality. While a wired connection is best, a stable Wi-Fi signal will also work. If you're using a mobile device, Wi-Fi and earphones are recommended for clear sound. These sessions are offered once a week every other Thursday evening 7.00 pm GMT and every other Sunday morning 10:00am GMT
